What Run4Life is
Run4Life, operated by [legal name to be added] (“we”) provides free templates that turn your runs into images you can share, such as Instagram stories and posts, along with running tips and a gallery of images other runners chose to publish.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You can make and download images without an account. Connecting Strava or publishing to the gallery needs an account, and we sign you in by email link, so keep your email account secure.
Your images
- Images you make are yours. You can download and share them anywhere.
- Exported images carry a small Run4Life mark. Please don’t remove it from images you publish to our gallery.
- Only add photos you took yourself or have permission to use.
Publishing to the gallery
- Publishing is optional and only happens when you tick the consent box for that image.
- By publishing, you give us a non-exclusive licence to show that image, your display name and caption on Run4Life until you remove it.
- We review every image before it appears and may decline or remove any image without giving a reason.
- You can delete your published images at any time from your account.
Strava
Connecting Strava is optional. When you do, we read your runs only to fill in your templates. Your use of Strava is also governed by Strava’s own terms. Run4Life is not made or endorsed by Strava.
Running tips are general information
Tips on Run4Life are general fitness information, not medical advice. See a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, and stop and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness or unusual breathlessness.
Limits of our responsibility
Run4Life is provided free and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using it.
Changes and law
We’ll post changes to these terms here and update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in [jurisdiction to be added] have jurisdiction.
